Week 1: Reset Your Mindset – Shifting our thoughts, practicing gratitude, and building resilience.
Week 2: Reset Your Body – Moving with purpose, staying hydrated, fueling well, and protecting our rest.
Week 3: Reset Your Voice – Speaking up with confidence, asking better questions, and becoming our own best health advocate.

Week 4 – Reset Your Spirit.
Wellness isn’t only about the body and mind—it’s also about what nourishes your inner self. Resetting your spirit means:

- Strengthening relationships and leaning into joy 💞
