Transform Your Goals with 30 Days of Consistency and Growth

In our last post, we talked about the real key to lasting change: consistency. It’s what transforms intention into action and goals into reality. But consistency doesn’t just happen. It’s something we prepare for, build toward, and grow into. It’s a daily challenge. It’s also the month to recognize men’s health. They can also jump onboard and get involved in sustaining consistency. There are a few things that the men should also be thinking about listed on the calendar.

Reading some comments from the last community session was insightful. Participants noted that consistency was one of the top reasons goals were often not met. This reminder of real-life issues that need to be dealt with motivated me to tackle this issue. Knowing that change and getting to that consistent desired behavior take trials and experiments, it’s really good to think things through.
